The Collector from planet Weeet. He collected Sonic, Sally, Tails, Rotor, Snively and Robotnik from Mobuis and held them in a display tank like Pets until Sonic conviced Robotnik to work with them and get Free. Car-heem was then sucked out into Space where the Freedom Fighters saved him and conviced him to Return them to Mobuis. He then decided to give up Collecting animals and try collecting something like Comics. Wears a Robotic Suit that gave the impression he was really a Robot.
