This Man is behind the great Music of Sonic R and the tracks of the Saturn Sonic 3D game.
Richard Jacques was born in Warwick, England on the 2nd of April, 1973. He is not only a composer but he writers, Arranges, Orchestrates and Produces work for Films, Television and games. In 2003 hs received the Game Audio Network Guild Recognition Award for his Score for the game 'HeadHunter', which was the first Video Game Soundtrack to utilize the Abbey Road Studio's Studio one and was recorded with the A-List musicians of the London Session Orchestra. To Sonic fans he would be more known for his work on Sonic R, in which he composed the Well liked Vocal Background tracks, then his work on the Sonic 3D Saturn Version. Other then Sonic, he worked on the music for a while range of Sega Games including Baku Baku Animal, Shinobi X, Sega Worldwide Soccer, Samba De Amigo and Headhunter, as well as work for Empire Interative, Eidos and Sony. His work has appeard in Films such as 'Three in One', 'Lullabelle' and 'Pandora's Closet'. Many people have heard his work on Television without knowing it as he has composed tracks for Bacardi, Stella Artois, Sugar Puffs and Sparkasse. He still carrys on his work today with the soundtrack for HeadHunter: Redemption in 2005 in which the ending theme being descripted as 'arguably.. the most incredible song ever written for a video game' by GameFAQs.
