Hoaxs and Rumours There are a Number of Rumours and Hoaxs to do with Sonic. But which ones are true and which are false? Here we will do our best to answer that for you! All Rumours we have been present here are looked at and research is done to find out the truth or most likey truth behind it. We will say the statues of the Rumour. If we have proven it false we say that, if it might be true but 98% or more chance and things say it is False, we well tell you etc.

SatAM was Canned due to Illegal Animation Cell Sales

It said that the reason SatAM was canned after Series two was due to some Animation cells being sold illegally. Well, the only real way for them to be sole Illegally is for them to be nicked from the studio. Most Studios either sell there Cells off after use or sometimes some animated get them in the past. Whatever the case, This is not a reason to stop making a show. Maybe Fire the people doing the stealling but that's it. The show was basicly NOT Canned it was just not picked up for another series, which is often the case with shows which are dropping in ratings and the network don't want to pick up, sometimes because they feel there are better shows to buy. There are a number of shows they became big hits because networks taking a chance on them.. there are shows which were doomed because networks wouldn't. Bit of a gamble there.

Yuji Naka (or Sega) Told Dic off for Having a scene of Sonic Crying in SatAM

why would they? that's the first thing that comes to mind. It was said that it was because It didn't match Sonic's Style. This is just junk, Really, Sega wouldn't be able to do that, also if they were to do something like that, it would have been at any stage duing production NOT after the episode had aired. Am not sure how it worked in this case, but i do know some creators which have had there stuff made into TV shows or films, get to see a copy before it goes out, sometimes that even have a major part in making it. Not only do we say this is stupid because they were have stopped it first, BUT there are alot of other times Sonic has cried or shown he was that upset including STC (mostly, around the Death of Johnny Lightfoot), in the Uk Book 'The Zone Zapper', Sonic Underground (well. he was a kid at the time (the episode 'Beingings') but still) and a number of other times.
